I did some deadheading and started clearing up around the place, finding a few shield bugs and a plume moth on the inside of the shed door. The flower beds have been a bit neglected while all the activity has been going on in the middle of the plot. Various bits are now tidied up in the left bed and at the front, as well as on the ledge. Sweet peas around the fence have been encouraged to stand up better too.
