A little gaillardia has opened in the boundary bed. Only diddly, but it’s made it to the flowering stage!

After a bout of heavy rain, with more forecast, Mum came down and helped me support the tomatoes a bit better, putting flower pots under them where we could. I poured all the rain gathered thus far underneath the apple tree. There are so many apples coming, I don’t need it deciding to dump them all in the drought!
