There’s been a fair bit of rain and wind recently, but evidently the plot has had a bit of frost too. Everything down there is now done and ready for clearing to begin. The French beans are done and the nasturtiums have wilted. The volunteer tomatoes tried their best, but didn’t quite make it to the harvest. The almost red fruits had split from the rain/frost and the other fruits are just green.

The big job was to gather as many apples as we could. We came back with bags and bags. There are still some on the tree though, as they just refused to come off the branch. There are still some carrots to come and some yin yang beans will follow for more drying. Other than that, it’s time to clear.
