The gourds now have tiles under them. 10 tiles, some with more than one gourd resting on them. One or two gourds are resting on the vines off the ground, so they’re on their own. I put down some slug pellets around the place.

I made a start on the huge weeding job at the boundary. It’s going to take a few hours! I did a quick water.

One potato haulm looks unhappy and yellow. I think that the brown marks on some leaves could well be blight, so will chop down haulm to try and arrest the spread. I have lots of tomatoes growing and the Red Alert are closest, so I hope they’ll be ok.
