I went down to get some chard before tea and was struck by how pretty my dahlias were looking in particular. The chard leaves were pretty massive and so possibly not optimum, but maybe I can reset harvest intervals now.

We’d had some rain overnight and the grass was wet with the odd little slug wandering about, but I didn’t stop to put any pellets down.
