The flowers are getting going. Several of the zinnias are open now, with beautiful colours. I still only have one calendula open, but the other plants are doing ok.

I keep deadheading and cutting the cornflowers, so the middle bunch are doing very well. More will be coming around bed 1 and 7 in a while. Hurray for not sowing everything at the same time.

Both wigwams have beans that have set and I suddenly noticed that a few are beyond the little weedy size. It won’t be long before the first are ready to eat.

Dad fixed my gate once and for all with a cabin hook, which has movement built in, so can adapt to the gate and fence moving around / drying out etc.
