The posts for the bean netting are leaning a bit, so Dad gave me some supports to hammer in against them. I planted the runner beans from the first batch that were at home and escaped the frost. Together Mum and I put in all the edging along the front bed. With two people and a refined method from experience it went much more easily than the first panel that’s been in a while (and is now a different colour).

We sprayed the pear tree for black fly and the surrounding cornflowers where the flies have spread.
