I’ve weeded all along the ledge, trying not to disturb little seedlings and bulbs coming up. The thrift is getting really big and in a couple of places, I had to get clumps of grass out of the middle of the plants.

I also weeded all the way along the trellis, to where the triangle begins. So that’s some good progress in the face of the horrible grassy mess over on the left hand side.

Though these photos look fairly sunny, I did have to shelter in the shed for a while once I could no longer withstand the insane hailstorm whipping around me, in my ears and down my clothes.
