Bonus stint at the plot this afternoon after a few fairly dry days. I finished off the weeding on the ledge, so now it just needs composting. I also did the usual thing of digging up various weeds from around the place, so each bed is very gradually getting easier.

I dug up a big viper’s bugloss and a calendula from Bed 1 and moved them over to the trellis bed, clearing some weeds either side. What’s left in Bed 1 will now just go on the compost heap. As well as doing some weeding by the trellis I also filled in the big dip in the grass at the edge.
