More planting today, more weeding … there’s no end to it.

The right hand flower bed now has poles edging it and now the front bed is the only un-edged bed. I might leave it as is, because the grass edge is actually pretty good – and I’ve run out of appropriately sized poles (all of which were inherited with the plot!)

A bit of new construction we did was to put in two branch poles in the Jack Be Little bed. They’re vertical poles to which the twine netting will be attached and then the squashes need to feel free to climb and form their fruits on it.
