The first job in the plot today was photography, photographing the flowers, including cutting a few zinnias to be models.

In the afternoon Mum mowed and Suzy came to admire the plot and help me do some deadheading in bed 1. It makes such a difference to the look of the bed, even now when there are fewer new blooms coming, just getting rid of the grey.

In the evening I went back to feed everything. Tomato food for the tomatoes and general fertiliser for pretty much everything else. The new fertiliser is just pale green liquid, not the thick brown stuff that smells like soy sauce. How disappointing!
