Mum mowed the grass today. It’s always such a treat to be able to walk that much better on the paths when the grass is short. I did some overdue deadheading, before pulling up various veg. The little veg beds are very weedy, but fortunately seem to have accepted that that’s how they’re going to stay for a while, so the carrots and beetroot are still coming up in great condition.
